Principle: Design and develop a new approach to the international acceleration of French companies.
Creation and management of the international acceleration programme EXPORT DIRECT financed by the French state and supported by the French employers' association MEDEF.

2014 - 2016

2 missions to set up a Development Department.

Principle: Implementation of the strategy, prospecting, commercial development.
Shanghai - Company: NDA Group + Nautisail.
Principle: Implementation of strategy, marketing, communication, PR, Web, social networks, development

2010 - 2014

President - co-founder

Creation of beliv' S.A.S. with 2 urban planning and architecture agencies.
Principle: to create internationally an integrator (general contractor) and a brand of prefabricated bioclimatic wooden buildings, developed locally and delivered turnkey for communities and investors.
Functions: strategy, marketing, image, PR and Web communication, development, President.

2007 - 2010

International Operations Director (creation of the function)

Principle: Creation, implementation and management of operations to support French companies abroad: French pavilions and missions under the FRANCE label within reference sector trade fairs (Moscow, Dubai, Montreal, Tunis, Sfax, etc.).
Support for Competitiveness Clusters on an international level.
Management control mission, management of the Tunisian subsidiary.
Setting up projects to support Tunisian companies internationally.
